JAX Magna-Plate 8 is a food-grade grease certified NSF H1, developed specifically for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging processing equipment. Historically recognized as one of the first lubricants to obtain USDA H1 certification, this third generation incorporates advanced thickener technology based on calcium 12-hydroxystearate, providing an exceptional combination of water resistance, pumpability, wear protection, and mechanical stability.

Unlike many food greases that rely on adhesive polymers or aluminum complexes, JAX Magna-Plate 8 achieves its water resistance through the inherent properties of its calcium thickener system, allowing it to maintain a smooth texture and consistent lubrication over long service periods.
